Initially released in 1974 Soul Of Africa the mega rare jazz album by legendary US saxophonist Hal Singer and French pianist Jef Gilson is set for a new vinyl release via Super Sonic Jazz.

Considered one of the most crucial Afro-Parisian jazz records of the ’70s, Soul Of Africa sees Singer and Gilson team up along with his Afrocentric, big jazz band.

The birth act of the Afro-/Jazz-Parisian scene that fascinated so many musicians and music fans throughout the 70s and 80s. Fantastic modal soul jazz masterpiece, a pure beauty from start to end.
